And in this Corn-ahh, Weighin in at...

It's the Championship bout y'all, the ACLU vs the people of America...

UPDATE: From Stop the ACLU
So you want to get involved with us as an intervening party against the ACLU in their case challenging the NSA? Here is what to do.

Email Debbie Schlussel with the following information. Via Debbie Schlussel’s site:

I will need everyone’s complete name and contact info (full name, phone number, e-mail address, complete U.S. snailmail address–you must be a U.S. citizen). If you have e-mailed me regarding this, I will respond via e-mail to you over the weekend and into next week, with an affidavit to sign (with notarized signature) and a brief agreement saying you agree to have me represent you in court for this matter and that I will not charge you any fees.

Debbie has agreed to do this service for America completely free, however the filing fee for the affidavit will be $250.00, and there will be other fees. I think we should take up a donation for her, and this worthy cause. Surely, we can come up with at least $250.00 for this noble cause. I will update this post as the donations come in until we reach the goal. I think we could give her a little extra over the $250.00 just for doing this. Don’t you think it is worth it?
Remember all the blowhards who had a soapbox screaming that Bush didn't 'connect the dots' that lead to the disaster on September 11th? Well, the same schmucks are now attempting to take his dot connecting pencil away...

A monkey realizes that surveilance is necessary to connect these dots that will lead to the next domestic terrorist attack here in America, yet the ACLU finds it in the best interest of Americans to sue those working to keep us safe from those who want to cause death and mayhem within our borders.

Remember Able Danger anyone??

Enough is enough...

Michelle Malkin:
Debbie Schlussel, blogger/investigative writer/lawyer, is extending an invitation to citizens interested in intervening in the ACLU's NSA lawsuit. She practices in Eastern Michigan, where the suit was filed.

You've no doubt heard that, today, the ACLU--and assorted other enemies of America--filed a lawsuit against the government for NSA "spying" (interesting that there was no such lawsuit when Bill Clinton was doing the same thing--Remember "Echelon" and "Carnivore"?).
Stop the ACLU:
The ACLU and CAIR are suing the NSA over this wiretap thing, but they’re not the only ones. I’m here to give you a little info about one of the people behind an anti-NSA lawsuit.
See other stories on this at Stop the ACLU Here and Here as well.

Enough is enough... who do they think we are?

This was supposed to be a covert operation? If so they need to refer to such actions as other than covert operations. According to the definitions of that word-

Not openly practiced, avowed, engaged in, accumulated, or shown: covert military operations; covert funding for the rebels. See Synonyms at secret.

So much for it being a secret. They really need to tighten up on security around there.

As far as the ACLU goes it can't go far enough away to suit me.

Well, because of these oh so brave leakers telling the press about all these abuses in Guantanamo (flushing the Koran... whoops that was fabricated), secret prisons where torture occurs in other countries (good, get all the info possible from people from other countries before they weasel their way inbetween our borders), and wiretapping (uhh, sounds like common sense)... Seems like nothing more than overzealous Pentagon Lawyers to me who are trying to solidify a 'civilian' job with the ACLU in the near future... (See Able Danger link above)

...perhaps this is all made up for all I know, perhaps it's all true. All I know is the fact is that there are those who are trying to set off a nuke in one of our cities (Vegas would be prime real estate to flatten I would think) and that there are good people committed to keeping the citizens of our nation safe.

There are those who will capitalize on their newly begotten information, when this Terror War has been fought and we can tone down the domestic spying, we go after them!

We should pack up the ACLU offices, The UN offices, and set them up all nice and cushy where they would be most loved and welcomed... Paris...

No place will be safe while they're out there with nukes that can fit inside of suitcases...

If I'm thinking of someone keeping me safe, the ACLU is definitely not on my "top 10" list of folks I want doing it.
